Sometimes I get so caught up in social media that I forget to share things here on my blog! Well, you may have seen this on Twitter or Facebook already, but I have some exciting news to share! I was recently featured as Blog Brunch‘s Blogger of the Month. If you haven’t heard of Blog Brunch, it’s a collaborative network of bloggers wanting to share, dream and learn with other creatives in the blogging community. It’s an inspiring group and and event I look forward to every month. I was so thrilled  to recently be featured their Blogger of the Month for August!

For each month’s brunch, we discuss current topics related to blogging and August was all about reader engagement, a topic that’s very important to me. I’ve met some pretty amazing people through blogging and it’s those friendships that keep me going! I really enjoy getting to know my readers and I truly value your comments, tweets, emails, and overall encouragement!
