I just adore these beautiful invitation designs by Vigilante Paper! The simple styling is seriously perfect as well. And how about that branding by Christine Castro Hughes? I’ve been thinking a lot about print vs. web design as I’ve been working on a paper project for fun; this is great inspiration!

I thought I would share some recent work I did for Man vs. George, a graphic design studio and etsy shop. It’s pretty fun that we live in the same city (remember their Dream Job interview and home tour?). Tilney and Ryan came to me wanting styled photos that made their cards stand out, featuring artwork on both the front and back of each card. I chose props to match their modern aesthetic and I had a lot of fun styling and photographing their original greeting cards.
Man vs. George is headed to the National Stationery Show in New York City on May 20-23 and they started a Kickstarter campaign to help fund their booth. Even more, seven of their cards have been nominated in the National Stationery Show’s Best New Product competition! If you’re interested, check out their Kickstarter campaign and help them reach their goal! They have some awesome incentives for backers, including gifted cards and prints.
I can’t wait to see photos of booth designs from the National Stationery Show. For any paper lovers, check out past photos on Oh So Beautiful Paper…

My favorite part of blogging? Meeting inspiring people following their passion. My friend Megan is doing just that. We got to meet at Alt Summit and I just have so much respect for her. Not only does she have an inspiring blog, The Fresh Exchange, but she also co-founded Blog Brunch, an awesome resource and network for bloggers. (The next one is this Saturday at 12 pm CST and we’ll be discussing webcasting! Sign up here.)
This week Megan launched her highly anticipated print shop! The designs in Hitch Print Shop are too cute; I just love the positivity mixed with her illustrated style. Check out the shop here! Congrats Megan!!

I stumbled upon this folded paper exhibition by Eva Black Design and I am in awe. Installation artists fascinate me beyond belief. What a work of patience. Interestingly enough, Eva is primarily a graphic designer.

P.S. More installations.

To continue on a colorful and happy note, I just love the latest gold letterpress notecards in the Tokketok shop. The “Hello Notes” and “Happy Notes” are perfect and I adore the fun celebration cards!

I absolutely love this line of hand-lettered cards and products from Sparrow Nest Script. As I work on chalkboard lettering during my job, I would love to develop my own signature hand-drawn fonts. Hopefully I’ll get there! : )
