weddings on the brain

I feel like I haven’t talked about weddings on the blog in a long time but lately I’ve got them on the brain. I’ve been planning a wedding for a client through Three Cheers Creative and the big day is coming up on June 2nd. It’s our first wedding client and I can’t believe it’s almost here! We’re wrapping up the final details for the big day and it’s coming together beautifully. I’m hoping to share a couple of the projects we’ve done on the blog, as well as photos from the wedding.

I came across these photos from Leanne Marshall’s Spring 2013 collection and thought they were breathtaking. Did you watch that season of Project Runway with Leanne? I just loved her. These dresses are available in her etsy shop, Leanimal.

loft inspiration

I have an exciting announcement! As part of Three Cheers Creative, I’m helping a friend design and decorate her new condo! It’s located in an awesome neighborhood called the Third Ward in Milwaukee and the space has beautiful views and such potential. I am beyond excited and thought I’d share some of my inspiration. We’re going for an industrial loft style with pops of color…

P.S. More inspiration here!

three cheers feature!

Remember that new venture I told you about a while back that I haven’t mentioned in a while? Well I’ve been a little busy, but Three Cheers Creative is still making progress! We are beyond excited to have our first blog feature ever! Check it out on The Sweetest Occasion!

The photo shoot was for a kids birthday party with an old school theme inspired by the movie The Little Rascals. We had so much fun brainstorming and executing ideas. It was also our first collaboration with other business owners, which is just as fun as I imagined! Three Cheers Creative led the concept + decor. The wonderful Moni Rose designed and made dresses, bowties, & napkins, Emily Kuh took photos, and Bloom Bake Shop provided the sweets + pretty setting. Hope you enjoy!

P.S. I would be tickled if you liked Three Cheers on facebook and followed us on twitter! ; ) xoxo

“tiny proportions” baby shower

Sorry for all the photos, but I just couldn’t narrow them down! This was another Three Cheers event (my new business venture – check out the details here). It was a baby shower for a friend; we celebrated tiny proportions. Remember this invitation? Well I’ve been thinking about it for quite some time and I think it was our initial inspiration. This theme was so fun to work with, we had so many ideas! I hope you like it. xoxo

announcement + baby shower

This weekend I had a baby shower that I’ve been helping plan with a friend! The expecting couple calls their little one “button” so we decided to do a baby button theme. It was so much fun to plan all the little details and it turned out wonderfully!

I also have an announcement to make… I am starting a business! Two good friends and I have launched a creative consulting company called Three Cheers Creative. We’ve been working on this little venture since January and it’s been so hard to keep it to myself until we were completely ready! A little bit about us… We are three girls against boring. We offer fresh and clever inspiration for events, weddings, interiors, photo shoots, wardrobes, & a styled life. We are based in Madison and Milwaukee, WI but are open to any locations. This baby shower was our first “official” event! Our website is still under construction but I would be tickled if you followed us on Twitter and became a fan on Facebook! (There’s more photos of the shower there, too!) Thanks for your support! xx
